Useful base for xmas. Great setting so close to Goodrington beach which sits in a beautiful bay, the super market before hand and the beech.

Our stay was really comfortable, liked everything!!!
A microwave oven, a sofa bed, and central heating were handy. The bathroom with a bath was a bonus. Our apartment had kitchen which was helpful. The location was wonderful to the beech, and had everything you needed.

Magnificent location in the park opposite. Found adjacent to the beech and a dog friendly beach.

Fantastic location, just a few minutes walk to the beach and park area. Parking right outside the door was convenient.
Towels were not included and had to be paid for separately. the bedroom could use a slightly bigger bed.

We had a wonderful stay at this homely and comfortable apartment. the location was perfect, just a short walk through the park to the beautiful beach. the apartment was well equipped with a kitchen, a nice bathroom with a hot shower, and even a separate toilet. We enjoyed the cozy bedroom with its collection of DVDs and books. the host was responsive and helpful, and the little surprises, like the small hamper and amenities provided, made us feel welcome. We would definitely return for another relaxing stay. Cons: Not one thing ☺.

The lack of windows in the room can result in a stagnant smell, making it difficult to get fresh air.
